What is Dinamic Balancing?
The process of reducing the out-of-balance forces that cause vibration in rotating machinery is called “balancing”. The unbalance is cause by an effective displacement of the mass centre line from the true axis caused by some mass eccentricity in the unit.

Breakages usually occur because of overloading, accidents, equipment misuse or flaws in the casting with out any hot wotk, so it wont make any deflection. It can be applicable to Crack Body of Pump, Engine, Compressor etc.

What is Cylinder Head ?
In an internal combustion engine, the cylinder head (often informally abbreviated to just head) sits above the cylinders on top of the cylinder block. It closes in the top of the cylinder, forming the combustion chamber. This joint is sealed by a head gasket. In most engines, the head also provides space for the passages that feed air and fuel to the cylinder, and that allow the exhaust to escape. The head can also be a place to mount the valves, spark plugs, and fuel injectors.
SPINDEL
What is Spindle
A critical component for reducing the wobbling of the shaft along with vibration and noise is the bearings. Spindle motors have long used ball bearings, which consist of small metal balls that are housed in a metal ring structure around the spindle motor shaft. However, in the past few years there has been a transition to fluid dynamic bearings, in which the metal balls are replaced by a high viscosity oil, thereby eliminating the metal-to-metal contact. The advantages include a further reduction in noise, longer life expectancy and lower cost.
